Nowadays, for special use, stainless steel printing mesh often apply to screen printer. Screen printing is a printing technique by using a fine mesh to transfer ink onto substrate. Ink is forced to fill with the open mesh aperture. Unlike traditional materials of printing mesh which is made of polyester, stainless steel printing mesh with superior features of good solvent resistance, low elongation, and good heat-melting resistance.
Walcoom stainless steel printing mesh is ultra-thin and fine mesh opening for the use in screen printer. It has uniform mesh opening, flat surface with knots not only resistant to acid, alkali but also easy for assembly and easy-washed.
Currently, stainless steel printing mesh is also wide used in the plate making of electronics, textiles, ceramics, glass, industries and filtration of aviation, airspace and petrochemical industries.
